Software Application Support
In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers. You will troubleshoot software issues, identify bugs, and work with our development team to find solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with software support, good communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite user training and technical support in the use of industry specific software.
- Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot software issues and identify bugs.
- Work with our development team to find solutions to complex problems.
- Escalate issues to appropriate teams and track progress through to resolution.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- No prior experience required. Training will be provided.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify and resolve software issues.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of programming languages used to manage databases such as SQL, MySQL and etc. is a plus.
