Terms of Use

These Terms of Use outline your rights and responsibilities when accessing and using Web Master’s services, including account management, data ownership, acceptable use, and service limitations.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the software-as-a-service (“Service”) provided by Web Master Consultancy Pte Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you (“Subscriber”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

1. Definitions

  • “Subscriber” means the individual or entity who subscribes to use the Service.
  • “User” means any person authorized by the Subscriber to access the Service.
  • “Data” refers to all data submitted, stored, processed, or transmitted by you or your Users through the Service, including personal data.
  • “Data Controller” refers to the individual or organization who determines the purposes and means of the collection, use, or disclosure of personal data. 
  • “Subscription Agreement” means the separate agreement or order form entered into between the Subscriber and the Company that specifies the scope, pricing, duration, and other commercial terms governing the Subscriber’s use of the Service.

2. Access and Use of the Service

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable Subscription Agreement.

3. Account Registration and Security

You must ensure that all registration information provided is accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriber Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;
  • Ensure that your Users are authorized and trained to use the Service;
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.

You acknowledge and agree that you are the Data Controller in respect of any personal data you input, process, or manage using the Service. As such, you are responsible for ensuring that:

  • You obtain all necessary consents from individuals before collecting or processing their personal data using the Service;
  • You provide all required notifications to individuals;
  • You implement appropriate data protection policies and safeguards to ensure the security of personal data;
  • You do not use the Service to collect, store, or process personal data beyond what is necessary for your stated purposes.

5. Data Ownership and Protection

You retain all rights to the Data submitted to the Service. We will not access, use, or disclose your Data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged in the course of using the Service, and to use such information only as necessary to fulfill their obligations under these Terms.

7. Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all fees as specified in the applicable Subscription Agreement in a timely manner and understand that:

  • All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in the Subscription Agreement;
  • Failure to pay any fees by the due date may result in the suspension or termination of access to the Service, at our sole discretion.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service with immediate effect if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service may be restricted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web Master Consultancy Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
